What makes our charity motorcycle ride different?

Our people. Here at the Ronald McDonald House Ride, we take aim at what is truly important to our communities and we dive head first into supporting the cause that helps the most during those difficult times.

The Ronald McDonald House Ride is comprised of 15 committee and has grown into a organization that supports, and is very thankful for, over 100 volunteers!

We are so excited to have such tremendous growth with the past 19 years, and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! Our charitable motorcycle ride is the world’s largest to support any of the 365+ Ronald McDonald House Charities, from over 60 countries.





As a whole, The RMH Ride has raised over $1.7 million over the past 18 years for the Red River Valley Ronald McDonald House Charity!

Starting out, the RMHR, was meant to support a local biker family in need. Today, they have raised over $1.7 million dollars for the Ronald McDonald House Charity Ride of the Red River Valley.

While New York Mills, MN is a small, humble farming community – we pack a punch when it comes to helping our families in need.

The Ronald McDonald House Ride in NYM, MN started out as a very small act of kindness to a family in need. Today, they have become a main source of income for the RMHC of the Red River Valley.

For 19 years the Ronald McDonald House Ride, its volunteers and event goer’s have committed to endless hours of volunteering, pop tab collection, organizing, planning, building, buying and donating, but it all holds a candle to the feelings and rewards of

Covid-19 Update

Following much thought, discussion and prayer, The RMH Ride Committee is saddened to announce the 19th Annual Ronald McDonald House Ride that was scheduled for the weekend of June 13th in New York Mills, MN has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, the bike raffle will still be held at a later date in 2020. Tickets to win a New Harley Davidson Street Glide and other prizes will continue to be sold. If you have been saving pop tabs for the event those can be dropped off at the Karvonen Funeral Chapels in Wadena or New York Mills.
