I, the undersigned, as a participant herein named, do hereby
agree to hold harmless RMH Ride Inc., EACH and ALL event sponsors, The Ronald
McDonald House Charities, the City of New York Mills, McDonalds Restaurant,
Charles D Center VFW Post #3289, BKPW.LLC Camp Ground and the operators of the
individual entries/units in the event for any and all damages that may occur as
a result of participating in the New York Mills Benefit Ride 2007.
I agree that it should be my responsibility as a
participant/camper or as the parent or legal guardian of a participant/camper
to assume all liability for expenses that could arise from any potential injury
or damage as a participant/camper in the above named event.
